Hilton Head Airport (HHH)


located on the north end of Hilton Head Island. Airlines serving Hilton Head are as follows:



Delta

(operated by Atlantic Southeast Airlines) via Atlanta


US Airways

(operated by Piedmont Airlines) via Charlotte, and Washington-Reagan.



No commercial jet service is available for flights into Hilton Head Airport. The two national carriers with flights into Hilton Head airport (HHH) are US Airways and Delta Air Lines (operated by Atlantic Southeast) and they serve the area with commercial turboprop planes. Small aircraft, including private jets are accommodated by the general aviation area of the Hilton Head Airport.


Hilton Head Airport covers 131 acres and has one runway:

The current terminal building was built in 1995. It is 18,000 square feet and has four airline gates.



Savannah / Hilton Head International Airport (SAV)


is conveniently located a short 39 mile drive from Hilton Head and is located just off of Interstate 95 between Savannah, Georgia and Pooler, Georgia.
